🍒Dreamy Mixed Berry Chia Pudding 🍓
-1 C of milk of choice (I did half unsweetened vanilla almond milk and half unsweetened vanilla soy)
-1 C of plain low or non-fat Greek yogurt
-2 tbs of honey
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
-a pinch of salt
-1/4 C chia seeds
-toppings! Fruit, nuts, whatever!
-whisk together the milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt. Add the chia and mix in. Let stand for 30 min.
-Stir to redistribute seeds. Pour into serving cups, cover, and refrigerate until firm or overnight.
-For mixed berry topping, heat a pan and toss in frozen berries. Add a tbs of honey and stir until defrosted, but not hot. Add to pudding.
-Serve and BE AMAZED!
